You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the software industry. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is unmatched, and you understand the importance of customer satisfaction in driving business success. You are skilled at identifying customer needs and aligning them with the solutions Zenoti offers, ensuring that clients fully leverage the platform to achieve their goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. You are proactive in addressing customer concerns and are dedicated to fostering long-term partnerships. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess customer data and derive actionable insights that enhance the customer experience.
Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the unique challenges faced by our clients. Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions will help you navigate our platform more effectively. A background in project management can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring that each receives the attention it deserves.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Zenoti, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business goals and fully leverage our platform.
