As a Client Service Associate, you will play a vital role in connecting Guidepoint’s clients with the experts they need to make informed business decisions. You will work closely with Project Managers to develop strategies that satisfy each client project request. Utilizing various resources such as LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, you will identify and recruit new experts into our extensive network. Your ability to understand client needs will be crucial in determining which experts are best suited to provide the answers they seek. You will also gain exposure to a wide range of industries and disciplines, enhancing your understanding of the business landscape.
