In this role, you will own business outcomes by setting and driving regional targets for growth and profitability. You will lead the Strategy & Operations team based in NYC, ensuring that your team is aligned with the overall goals of DoorDash. You will work closely with the Director & GM of the Northeast to identify and harness opportunities crucial to the growth of your region.
You will influence cross-functional teams to support strategic projects, leveraging your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Your role will involve figuring out how to navigate challenges and make things happen, ensuring that your team operates efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for experimenting with new ideas and scaling successful insights across the organization.
