Datadog is hiring a Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise in customer success and support sales efforts. You'll deliver product demonstrations and collaborate with the product team to prioritize features. This role requires experience with DevOps monitoring tools and strong presentation skills.

Who you are

You have experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar role, ideally with a background in DevOps monitoring or architecture tools. You are comfortable delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are proactive in resolving customer concerns and have a knack for building relationships with clients and partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product offerings. You are fluent in Spanish, which enables you to engage with a broader range of clients and partners.

Desirable

Experience with Datadog products or similar monitoring tools is a plus. Familiarity with sales processes and customer success strategies will help you excel in this role. A passion for technology and a desire to continually learn and grow in your technical knowledge will set you apart.

What you'll do
