As our design team continues to grow, we are looking for a senior creative leader to join us at our Istanbul headquarters.

About the role

This position is designed for a creative expert who will play a key role in supporting and guiding both the creative and operational workflows of the design department. More than just producing, we're looking for someone who will take initiative, bring a vision, and raise the overall quality of our creative output.

The Senior Creative Strategist will work closely with the design team, collaborate across departments, and contribute to high-impact projects—bringing both speed and creative depth to everything we produce.

Work Setup: This role operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to work from our Istanbul office at least twice a week.

Responsibilities 

• Take an active role in idea development, design execution, and iteration within UI/UX projects
• Contribute to the development and refinement of brand visual language and product experience
• Support the creative team by providing feedback and ensuring high design quality
• Approach each creative project with both aesthetic and functional insight
• Provide leadership in creative workflows and collaborate effectively across disciplines
• Integrate AI-powered tools or new-generation design technologies when appropriate

About you 

[Minimum qualifications]

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in creative production, digital design, or UI/UX
• Ability to work across multiple creative disciplines with strong aesthetic sensibility
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-standard platforms
• Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to make effective decisions within a team
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach to creative challenges

[Preferred qualifications]

• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (Midjourney, RunwayML, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Prior experience in digital product design, experience design, or creative strategy
• Ability to think holistically about project flows, content structures, and user journeys
