We are hiring an Operations Engineer to build internal tooling, automate workflows, and support data operations that help our teams move faster and scale intelligently. This role sits across product, engineering, and business functions. You will streamline how we operate and ensure the company runs efficiently through smart systems and automation.
This role blends technical depth with operational breadth. You'll spend time building internal tools, supporting data operations, and creating cross-functional systems and dashboards. Perfect if you enjoy variety and want to be the 'force multiplier' that makes everyone more productive.
Build and maintain internal tools and automations that improve efficiency across all teams
Create scripts, dashboards, and workflows that reduce manual work and increase clarity around KPI tracking
Maintain and optimize our internal knowledge, documentation, and operating systems
Partner with engineering to streamline product analytics and create automation around key workflows
Support ingestion and cleaning of datasets used to train our models
Build and maintain data pipelines and quality checks for internal datasets
Work with GTM, finance, and operations to automate cross-team workflows and reporting
Implement dashboards and tooling for leadership visibility and decision making
Background in computer science, data engineering, or a technical field, or strong hands-on technical literacy
2+ years of experience in technical operations, internal tools, automation, data infrastructure, or similar roles in deep tech or AI environments
Experience with scripting, workflow automation, and working with data pipelines or internal tooling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working across technical and non-technical teams
Curiosity, ownership, and a proactive mindset in solving operational and technical challenges
Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving systems and priorities
You will build foundational systems and automations that make every team faster and more effective
You will learn how frontier AI products are built and scaled behind the scenes
You will collaborate closely with founders on high-impact initiatives
