What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at JFrog, you will own the candidate experience, guiding them through the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes performing phone interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team, assisting in sourcing candidates and updating our recruitment database and system, including generating reports and statistics. You will also work closely with recruitment agencies and assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
