Coupang is hiring a Staff Mobile Engineer (iOS) to lead the architecture, design, and development of their iOS app. You'll work with Objective-C and Swift to ensure high-quality app performance and user experience. This role requires 7+ years of hands-on iOS development experience.
You have 7+ years of hands-on iOS development experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of the iOS platform and its intricacies. Your expertise in Objective-C and Swift allows you to architect and develop high-quality applications that meet user needs. You are skilled in app performance tuning and have a proven track record of releasing apps on the Apple Store, ensuring they are stable and available for users.
Your experience includes rich integration with RESTful JSON APIs, and you possess a solid understanding of design patterns such as MVP, MVC, and MVVM. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with business, product, and UI/UX teams to deliver new features on schedule. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
You are keen on exploring new technologies and continuously assess and apply them to improve your team's productivity. Your background in eCommerce or payment domains is a plus, as it gives you insights into building user-centric applications that enhance customer experiences.
