Overview

NICE is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to design and manage infrastructure and automation processes for seamless software delivery. You'll work with AWS, Azure, and GCP, implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. This role requires 8-12 years of experience.

You have 8-12 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in designing and managing infrastructure that supports software delivery at scale. You are skilled in leading DevOps initiatives and optimizing cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security. Your expertise in automation and continuous improvement of development pipelines is evident in your work. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance efficiency and scalability. You are passionate about mentoring others and sharing best practices in automation and security.

Desirable

Experience with multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus. Familiarity with monitoring solutions and performance optimization techniques will set you apart. You have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy tackling complex challenges in system reliability and performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the DevOps strategy at NICE, focusing on designing and executing best practices that enhance automation and scalability. You will build and manage highly efficient CI/CD pipelines that streamline the software release process, ensuring that deployments are smooth and reliable. Your responsibilities will include implementing and managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, which will allow for consistent and repeatable infrastructure management.

You will optimize and manage cloud environments, ensuring they are secure and highly available. This involves monitoring system performance and reliability, building solutions that detect issues early and maintain system integrity. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on best practices for automation and security, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
