We started our journey back in 2005, building the first ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. A bank that listens to what our customers don’t like about finance and does the opposite. We’re redefining what it feels like to work in finance. The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented Analytics Manager to join our Collections Analytics team at Zopa. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the collections oversight function, owning the day-to-day programme management of initiatives, ensuring projects are well-scoped, prioritised, and delivered effectively. You’ll play a central role in how data shapes strategy and performance: designing analyses, building scalable reporting, uncovering trends, and developing actionable recommendations that improve processes and deliver better outcomes for our customers.
You’ll drive how data is used to inform decision-making in Collections, while managing a team of analysts and collaborating closely with colleagues across Operations, Credit Strategy, Risk, and Data Engineering. Along the way, you’ll play a key role in helping Zopa modernise, automate, and elevate its data capabilities.
