You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a wealth of practical experience — 10 years in customer delivery and managing delivery teams implementing technology solutions for external customers. Your expertise includes scoping, pricing, and resourcing consulting or technology projects, with at least 5 years dedicated to these areas. You thrive in cross-functional team environments and have a knack for navigating and resolving conflicts within teams. Your project and program management skills are robust, and you are adept at applying various methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
You possess a Master's degree or MBA in Computer Science or a related technical field, which enhances your ability to understand and work with emerging technologies in the Cloud/IT space. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to deliver professional business and technical pitches to C-Suite executives and board members with ease. You are a collaborative leader who builds relationships across organizational boundaries, ensuring that talent and ideas flow freely to achieve broader organizational goals.
Experience in managing executive stakeholders and global service integrators is a plus, as is familiarity with the Google Cloud ecosystem. You are comfortable leading key initiatives and have a proven track record of driving clarity and speed in decision-making processes. Your ability to monitor the effectiveness and progress of key initiatives will be crucial in this role.
As the Delivery Management Lead at Google, you will oversee the delivery of multi-year programs that encompass multiple work streams. Your role involves managing relationships with executive stakeholders both inside and outside Google, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed. You will conduct regular stakeholder meetings, summarizing discussions and action items to keep everyone on track. Your leadership will be instrumental in putting agreed-upon ideas into action, ensuring clear oversight and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
