Your background includes experience in production testing, program management, or project management, and you are adept at identifying process improvements using Agile principles. You have direct experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with global original equipment manufacturing partners to mass-produce consumer electronic devices. You are skilled in troubleshooting hardware testing issues, optimizing capital costs, and investigating fault analysis while managing the handover processes of contract manufacturers. You can leverage initial data to convey actionable insights, strategies, and practical plans.

Desirable

Experience with automated testing and creating tools for developers to self-test their code is a plus. You thrive in a culture that encourages building, breaking, and then rebuilding better, which aligns with Google's testing philosophy. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the schedule and planning for all technical product testing, including features and solutions for data collection, software framework testing, quality assurance of devices, and continuous testing. You will oversee the readiness testing of products, ensuring that production cycles and quantities produced per hour are balanced effectively. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify weaknesses in the vast source code of Google and continuously design innovative and efficient testing methods. Your responsibilities will also include managing the testing processes related to standard operating procedures and ensuring that all testing aligns with product readiness and quality standards.
