What you'll do

As an Auto Airbrush Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for airbrushing vehicles to ensure they meet the aesthetic standards of our customers. You will work closely with your team to color-match and mix paint, applying your skills to create a flawless finish on each vehicle. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring that every aspect of the paint job is perfect.

You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive painting. This will include learning about new techniques and tools that can improve your efficiency and the quality of your work. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced technicians and learn from their expertise, helping you to grow in your role.

In addition to your painting responsibilities, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace. This includes ensuring that all tools and materials are properly stored and that the area is safe for you and your colleagues. You will be expected to follow all safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment.
