NETGEAR is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Administrator to manage Oracle Agile PLM software and enhance operational efficiency. You'll work with technologies like Java and WebLogic, requiring at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, particularly with Oracle Agile PLM software. Your expertise includes system installation, configuration, and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and security. You are skilled in troubleshooting issues and applying necessary patches or upgrades to maintain system integrity. Your strong project leadership skills enable you to implement business processes that improve operational efficiency and support organizational growth.

You excel at cross-functional collaboration, working closely with IT and third-party vendors to facilitate system integration and support. Your ability to manage user accounts, roles, and permissions ensures secure access to systems, and you are adept at customizing workflows and approval processes to align with business needs. You understand the importance of data management and are committed to maintaining data integrity across systems.

Your technical support skills allow you to provide training to end-users and collaborate with various business units to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. You are detail-oriented and capable of supporting internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely data. Your proactive approach to data management includes overseeing data imports and exports, ensuring consistency and traceability across enterprise applications.

Desirable

Experience with ERP systems and other enterprise applications is a plus, as is familiarity with data collection and analysis techniques. You are forward-thinking and passionate about technology, always looking for ways to enhance processes and drive organizational success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of Oracle Agile PLM software, working closely with IT and third parties to install, configure, and maintain the system.
