Amazon’s Buyer Risk Prevention (BRP) Account Integrity team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Principal Product Manager - Tech to drive delivery of projects with broad-reaching, critical strategic impact. BRP designs and builds high performance software systems using machine learning that identify and prevent account takeover, bots, certain types of agentic AI, and various other bad actor activities from operating in Amazon's stores. Our software and analytics teams constantly strive to outsmart those who attempt to defraud Amazon and our customers. As a Principal Product Manager - Tech working on Account Integrity, you will define the roadmap and own goals to increase security and improve detection and mitigation of bad actor activity. The scope of this role concentrates on traffic occurring in Amazon stores, and also extends traffic that occurs outside Amazon's stores in the form of phone, text, email, and web-based scams. In this role, you will interact with a broad cross-section of the Amazon organization, external leaders in this domain, and have responsibilities to negotiate effective solutions between teams to protect every Amazon account and Amazon's trusted brand.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
