HubSpot is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to engage with small to medium-sized businesses and drive growth through proactive selling strategies. This role requires fluency in English and French, along with experience in a complex selling environment.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, demonstrating a strong track record of overachieving on monthly and annual targets. Your professional fluency in both English and French allows you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. You have experience in a complex selling environment and have successfully presented and pitched to C-level executives, showcasing your ability to manage relationships with high-level stakeholders. You are goal-oriented and possess a keen understanding of digital transformation and change management, which enables you to act as a trusted advisor to your clients. You are trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method, such as Sandler, which equips you with the skills to navigate the sales process effectively.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will be responsible for developing and executing your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan. You will actively seek out new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads, running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders to identify their needs. Your role will involve closing both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets. You will sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level executives, demonstrating your ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve the sales strategy when new features and products are introduced. You will also conduct online and occasionally in-person product demonstrations, showcasing the value of the HubSpot platform to potential clients.
