VGW is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to drive mobile marketing initiatives and user acquisition. You'll work with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and AppsFlyer to optimize app campaigns. This role requires experience in mobile marketing and data-driven decision making.
You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in mobile marketing, where you've successfully executed high-performance app campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement. Your expertise in utilizing mobile-specific technologies and demand-side platforms (DSPs) allows you to optimize the customer journey effectively. You are data-driven, turning insights into actionable strategies that enhance marketing performance and revenue growth.
You are familiar with the AdMob ecosystem and have experience managing integrated marketing strategies that balance internal initiatives with external monetization opportunities. Your ability to segment audiences and allocate budgets effectively has been key to your success in previous roles. You are also comfortable liaising with Mobile Measurement Partners like AppsFlyer to ensure accurate tracking and data integrity.
Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with key platform partners in the app ecosystem, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with cross-functional teams. You are proactive in expanding into social channels and have a keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends in mobile marketing.
Experience with programmatic advertising and a solid understanding of attribution models will set you apart. Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager and Mixpanel is a plus, as is a background in the gaming or interactive entertainment industry.
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end execution of mobile marketing campaigns, ensuring that each campaign is set up for success from the outset. You will manage budget allocations, audience segmentation, and performance monitoring across various mobile DSPs and programmatic channels. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you optimize campaigns based on performance data, ensuring that VGW's mobile apps become a primary driver of business growth.
You will support the development of integrated marketing strategies for app acquisition and engagement, working closely with the Mobile Marketing Manager to align efforts with broader company goals. Your role will involve managing relationships with agencies and vendors, ensuring that all marketing efforts are cohesive and effective.
As the internal subject-matter expert for app marketing, you will provide guidance and insights to the team, helping to shape the direction of mobile marketing initiatives. You will also collaborate with the Mobile Manager to grow relationships with key platform partners, ensuring that VGW remains competitive in the mobile gaming market.
