SoFi is seeking a Senior Manager for their Capital Markets team to build new Intex and Cashflow models for various financing programs. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to establish efficient structures for Capital Markets transactions.
You have extensive experience in capital markets and structuring, with a strong understanding of asset-backed securities and financing models. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including treasury, product, credit risk, and legal, to drive successful outcomes in complex financial transactions. Your communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with external stakeholders such as broker-dealers, investors, and rating agencies. You are detail-oriented and possess a strategic mindset, allowing you to navigate the intricacies of capital markets with ease. You are committed to shaping a brighter financial future and are excited about the opportunity to impact people's lives through innovative financial solutions.
In this role, you will manage and establish the structuring process for all securitizations, loan sales, and new financing programs. You will be responsible for building new Intex and Cashflow models that support SoFi's Capital Markets initiatives, including personal loan and student loan asset-backed securities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the structuring process are aligned with the company's strategic goals. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for new financing structures that can enhance SoFi's offerings. You will also be the point person for coordinating with external partners to ensure that all transactions are executed efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of the Capital Markets team and contributing to SoFi's mission of transforming personal finance.
