Socure is seeking a Senior Developer Support Engineer to lead technical onboarding and API/SDK integration for their identity verification platform. You'll work closely with customer engineering teams and require strong troubleshooting skills.
You have a strong technical background with experience in developer support and customer success — you've successfully led technical onboarding and integration projects, ensuring a smooth experience for customers. Your ability to troubleshoot complex issues using logs and network traces sets you apart, and you enjoy guiding customers through intricate integrations. You thrive in environments where you can blend hands-on engineering with customer interaction, making you a perfect fit for this role.
You possess a deep understanding of APIs and SDKs — you've worked extensively with these technologies, validating new releases and providing constructive feedback to enhance developer experiences. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to ensure customer needs are met.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of Socure’s APIs and SDKs, ensuring that customers can seamlessly integrate these tools into their systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, utilizing your technical skills to analyze logs and network traces. Your role will involve validating new SDK releases and providing feedback to improve the overall developer experience.
You will work closely with customer engineering teams, guiding them through complex integrations and ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. Your collaboration with Socure’s Product and Engineering teams will be crucial in addressing customer feedback and enhancing the platform.
As a Senior Developer Support Engineer, you will also play a key role in early-stage customer success, helping to establish strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met throughout the onboarding process. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide technical guidance will be essential in this capacity.
