Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You understand the importance of attention to detail in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before the painting process begins. You will also engage in buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques to ensure that every vehicle looks its best. Your role will involve using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall quality of our vehicle offerings. You will work closely with your team to meet production goals and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Training programs will be available to help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
