You are a driven individual with a passion for new business acquisition and a proven track record in sales. Your ability to build strong relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users sets you apart. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and work closely with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to ensure success. You are proactive in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, and you are committed to achieving your targets. You are open to feedback and continuously seek ways to improve your sales strategies.
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with sales enablement training programs. You may have participated in comprehensive sales boot camps or similar training initiatives that have equipped you with the skills needed to excel in this role. A background in working with enterprise-level clients and understanding their unique challenges will enhance your effectiveness as an Account Executive.
In this role, you will formulate and execute a sales strategy within your assigned territory, focusing on revenue growth and new customer acquisition. You will proactively identify and qualify leads, building a robust sales pipeline that aligns with MongoDB's growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include strategically prospecting into key decision-makers and technical end users, ensuring that you establish strong and effective relationships that lead to growth opportunities. You will partner with Solution Architects and collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will engage with enterprise ecosystem partners and channel partners to maximize deal sizes and drive overall sales performance. Participation in sales enablement trainings will be essential to your success, as you will continuously refine your skills and strategies to adapt to the evolving sales landscape.
