Overview

Langdock is seeking a Partnership Manager to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding their partner ecosystem. You'll work closely with consultancies and tech partners to enhance collaboration and sales strategies. This role requires fluency in both German and English.

You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in the tech or AI sectors. Your fluency in both German and English allows you to communicate effectively with diverse partners and stakeholders. You are skilled in building relationships and have a knack for identifying high-potential partners that align with business goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to shape the commercial future of enterprise AI. You possess excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously while ensuring operational excellence.

Desirable

Experience working with consultancies or system integrators is a plus. Familiarity with tools that enhance partner management and sales processes will help you succeed in this role. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strategic mindset will enable you to drive the partner lifecycle effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the entire partner lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting new partners to managing existing relationships. You will work closely with leading consultancies and system integrators to drive revenue growth and enhance the partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include conducting partner enablement sessions, developing joint go-to-market strategies, and managing the partner pipeline to ensure targets are met. You will also oversee the tier structure of partners, ensuring they are effectively categorized and supported based on their capabilities and contributions.

You will engage in intensive onboarding and product mastery through customer interactions, allowing you to understand the Langdock platform and its offerings deeply. As you progress, you will start managing relationships with existing partners, focusing on recruitment and enablement to maximize their potential. You will be responsible for driving co-sell and resell motions, ensuring that partners are equipped to sell and implement Langdock solutions successfully.
