Who you are

You are a customer-focused individual with a knack for resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are excellent, allowing you to interact with customers seamlessly. You are comfortable using various tools, including Salesforce and Zendesk, to manage customer inquiries and bookings. Your empathetic attitude helps you connect with travelers and understand their needs, ensuring a positive experience. You are flexible and willing to work rotating shifts, demonstrating your commitment to providing support whenever it is needed.

What you'll do

As a Business Travel Consultant, you will provide top-tier travel support through various channels, including chat, calls, and emails. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and systems to assist customers effectively. Your role will involve accurately handling hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings while guiding customers in self-service options on the Navan platform and app. You will respond promptly to inquiries, meeting service level agreement expectations, and follow company policies to ensure global compliance. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss products, suppliers, and industry updates, providing valuable feedback to enhance customer-facing and internal platforms.
