You have extensive experience in technical enablement and a deep understanding of data and AI. Your passion for training and enablement drives you to create impactful learning experiences that cater to diverse learner personas. You excel in collaborating with product owners, engineering teams, and subject matter experts to define training requirements and learning objectives. Your ability to leverage feedback loops and data ensures that training investments are prioritized effectively, making learning accessible for everyone at Databricks.

You possess a strong technical background, particularly in the Databricks platform, which allows you to understand the needs of technical support engineers. Your expertise enables you to design and scope technical curriculum that aligns with the strategic goals of the organization. You are adept at coordinating with internal stakeholders to establish a solid foundation for onboarding and performance programs, ensuring that technical support engineers achieve excellence in their roles.

Your experience includes launching new training offerings in collaboration with curriculum developers and learning architects. You are skilled at engaging with global stakeholders to set curriculum strategy and align training investments with organizational priorities. You thrive in environments where you can take new offerings from ideation to implementation, making a significant impact on the success of technical support teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy and design of Databricks' internal enablement offerings. You will engage with various stakeholders, including product owners and engineering teams, to establish training requirements and define learning objectives for new courses and learning pathways. Your portfolio will include enablement offerings and programs specifically tailored for technical support engineers, who play a crucial role in managing support cases and resolving technical issues.

You will own the design and scoping of technical curriculum, ensuring that it meets the needs of learners and aligns with the overall strategy of the organization. By utilizing feedback loops and data, you will inform and prioritize training investments, making learning at Databricks easy and effective for everyone involved. Your role will require you to coordinate with internal stakeholders to create a foundation for technical support engineer onboarding, performance, and technical excellence programs.

You will launch new offerings in collaboration with curriculum developers and learning architects, ensuring that the training provided is relevant and impactful. Your ability to work with a team of global stakeholders will be essential in setting curriculum strategy and prioritizing training investments.
