You have 1+ years of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. As a State Inspector, you are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring the quality of vehicles through thorough inspections and maintenance tasks. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Experience with state inspection processes or certifications is a plus, but not required. As an Automotive State Inspector at Carvana, you will perform light maintenance and fluid checks on vehicles, ensuring they meet quality standards before reaching customers. You will conduct thorough inspections to identify any imperfections or repairs needed throughout the post-production process. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards Carvana is known for, and you will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive repair and inspection.
You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all vehicles are ready for sale, contributing to the overall efficiency of the inspection process. Your attention to detail will help ensure that every vehicle meets Carvana's quality standards, providing customers with the best possible experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and following company policies and procedures.
