Senior Software Engineering Manager, Enterprise Technology Services

Who you are

You have over 15 years of software engineering experience, with approximately 5 years in management roles where you've successfully led engineering teams to deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions. Your strong domain expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Supply Chain systems has equipped you to drive large-scale enterprise solutions that enhance product innovation and collaboration.

Your technical background is extensive, particularly in Java and J2EE development, where you've designed and integrated applications in both on-premise and cloud environments. You understand the importance of scalability and performance, having successfully deployed solutions that meet these critical requirements.

As a leader, you create a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, and innovation. You believe in empowering your team members and encouraging continuous learning, which has led to successful project outcomes and team growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the IS&T Enterprise Business Apps group, focusing on the PLM transformation initiative to deliver the next-generation PLM+ platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform meets the needs of Apple’s product value chain, driving innovation across hardware, software, and services.

You will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of enterprise software solutions, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. Your leadership will guide the technology team in building scalable and efficient systems that support Apple’s product lifecycle management processes.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will engage with various business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams will be essential in driving project success.
