Vestwell is seeking an Associate for Partner Activation to manage operational setups and coordinate new partnerships. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with various operational teams.
You are an organized individual with a keen eye for detail, ready to take on the responsibilities of the Partner Activation Associate at Vestwell. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to support sales representatives by coordinating with operational teams. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a clear partnership pipeline will be essential in this role. You understand the importance of seamless execution in partnership launches and are committed to ensuring that all processes run smoothly. Experience in a financial technology environment or a related field would be beneficial, as would familiarity with sales operations and partnership management. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn will help you excel in this position.
As the Partner Activation Associate, you will be responsible for the operational setup and coordination of new partnerships across National Sales, TPA, and Special Markets channels. You will report directly to the VP of National Sales, ensuring that partnership launches are executed seamlessly and efficiently. Your role will involve supporting sales representatives by coordinating directly with operational teams, including Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Rev Ops, and Billing. You will assist in managing and organizing the partnership pipeline, hosting regular reviews to track progress and address any challenges that arise. Your contributions will help senior sales leaders focus on driving new sales and managing client relationships effectively.
