You are an entry-level professional eager to start your career in recruitment. You possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, which will help you manage multiple tasks effectively. While not required, any experience in recruitment or human resources would be a plus. In your role as a Recruiting Associate, you will enable a healthy, high-velocity top-of-funnel for recruitment. You will partner closely with recruiters to open jobs in Greenhouse, ensuring that the process runs smoothly from start to finish. You will review inbound applications and assist in evaluating candidates, helping to shape how Instacart attracts and engages talent. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
You will also be involved in various administrative tasks that support the recruiting team, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
