Huntress is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on mid-market organizations across APAC. You'll be responsible for coaching Account Executives and driving sales results. This role requires strong leadership and sales strategy skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity or technology sectors. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at building meaningful relationships with both your team and clients. You understand the nuances of the sales process and are adept at coaching others to achieve their best performance. You are results-driven and have a passion for helping others succeed, whether through direct mentorship or by removing obstacles that hinder progress.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of cybersecurity solutions effectively. You are comfortable working in a fully remote environment and can manage a geographically dispersed team. Your experience includes developing sales strategies that resonate with mid-market organizations, and you are familiar with the unique challenges they face in cybersecurity.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems. You may have a background in technical sales or a strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services. A history of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance will set you apart.
As the Sales Manager at Huntress, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on mid-market organizations across the APAC region. Your primary responsibility will be to coach and develop your team, helping them to build strong relationships with prospects and partners. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Sales to align your team's efforts with the overall sales strategy and objectives of the company.
You will be involved in setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them. This includes analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth. You will also play a key role in supporting your team with deal strategy, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to close sales effectively.
In addition to coaching, you will be responsible for monitoring sales performance and providing feedback to your team. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and high performance within your team.
You will collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure that your team has the necessary tools and information to succeed. This may involve participating in cross-functional meetings and providing insights from the sales perspective to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
