You are a qualified Pharmacist with experience in managing prescription fulfillment processes. You understand the importance of medication quality assurance and have a keen eye for detail when verifying prescriptions. Your background includes hands-on involvement in pharmacy operations, ensuring that customers receive their medications accurately and on time. You are familiar with pharmacy management systems and can efficiently handle customer profiles and prescription orders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to improving customer health outcomes through effective medication management. You are adaptable and can work various shifts, including early mornings and weekends, to meet the needs of the pharmacy.
In this role, you will be responsible for verifying medication quality assurance for all packets and bulk orders. You will manage the entire process of prescription fulfillment, from initial order processing to final shipment. This includes filling, verifying, and packing orders, as well as conducting pharmacist verifications to ensure compliance with regulations. You will coordinate prescription transfers and acquire new prescriptions, focusing on system-based verification and documentation. Your role will also involve maintaining customer profiles in PharmacyOS, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will work closely with other pharmacy staff to streamline operations and enhance customer service, contributing to Amazon Pharmacy's mission of making medications accessible and affordable.
