D2L is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to work with Canadian Federal Government clients. You'll focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement. Bilingualism in French is required for this role.
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience working with corporate or government clients. Your bilingual skills in French and English allow you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are dedicated to ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with D2L's solutions. You are adept at building relationships and have a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with D2L's Canadian Federal Government clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them leverage D2L's platform to achieve their educational goals. You will conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with internal teams to address any issues that arise and ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will provide training and support to clients, helping them to fully utilize D2L's solutions. Your role will involve gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that D2L continues to meet the evolving needs of its users.
