As a Talent Acquisition Associate at AlphaSights, you will take ownership of end-to-end specialist graduate pipelines, ensuring that hiring targets are met. You will design and execute innovative strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent, focusing on operational support functions such as Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR. Your responsibilities will include conducting candidate assessments, screening applicants, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
You will proactively source candidates through tactical research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants. Your role will involve managing candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to final interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. You will also play a key role in building the employer brand and enhancing AlphaSights' reputation as an employer of choice.
AlphaSights offers a competitive base salary of £40,000, with opportunities to earn a performance bonus. You will benefit from a 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings, comprehensive private health insurance coverage, and dental insurance.
