What you'll do

As a Conversion Project Manager at Bloomerang, you will be the first point of contact for clients after the sales process, guiding them through the conversion of their existing donor data into the Bloomerang platform. You will manage a full project load, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and in alignment with the clients' organizational goals. Your role will involve facilitating check-in calls and virtual meetings to keep clients informed and engaged throughout the process. You will work closely with internal teams to bring best practices to life, ensuring that clients are set up for fundraising success. You will also be responsible for identifying any potential roadblocks and proactively addressing them to keep projects on track. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be key to your success in this role, as you will be their advocate within the company. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the conversion process, providing feedback and insights based on your experiences with clients.
