The Amazon Logistics team is looking for a Team Leader to join the AMZL Brazil team at our Delivery Station in the Osasco/SP region.


Key job responsibilities
An RME (Reliability, Maintenance, Engineering) Supervisor at Amazon oversees the maintenance and engineering operations across multiple delivery stations within a geographic region. This leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that keep delivery station equipment, including conveyor systems, sortation machinery, and facility infrastructure, operating at peak performance. The RME Supervisor leads a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, coordinates with operations teams to minimize disruptions, and manages maintenance budgets across multiple sites. They drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement best practices to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime. As delivery stations are crucial for meeting Amazon's rapid delivery promises, the RME Supervisor's role is essential in maintaining high standards of operational excellence, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting the company's ongoing expansion of its delivery capabilities. Their expertise in managing maintenance operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is key to sustaining Amazon's competitive edge in the last-mile delivery sector.

A day in the life
- Ensure facility operations
- Identify and address specific issues/failures
- Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment
- Develop and contact suppliers- Ensino Superior completo

- Experiência em ambientes dinâmicos e de alto nível de entregas
- Experiência em MS Office, com nível avançado em Excel (vlookup, fórmulas avançadas, tabelas dinâmicas).
- Inglês básico.- Excelente habilidade de comunicação com diferentes publicos.
- Graduação em Engenharia, Operações ou Experiência em operações/start-up/ambientes dinâmicos que lidam com ambiguidades
