Overview

Dandy is seeking a Senior Factory Automation Engineer to co-engineer and maintain high-throughput manufacturing lines in Carrollton, TX. This role requires expertise in automation and a strong understanding of shop-floor operations.

Who you are

You have a strong background in factory automation engineering, with a focus on high-throughput manufacturing systems. Your experience includes working with complex robotic production lines and traditional automation processes. You thrive in high-growth environments and are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with rapid change. You are a subject matter expert in automation technologies and are passionate about leveraging technology to improve manufacturing efficiency.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can balance technical demands with operational requirements. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, allows you to drive impactful changes in the manufacturing process. You are dedicated to continuous learning and are eager to stay updated on the latest advancements in factory automation.

Desirable
