Appian is hiring an Associate Solutions Consultant to support the sales team as a technical adviser and product expert. You'll engage in technology evaluations and assist in building customer relationships. This role is based in London and requires a commitment to in-person collaboration.

While not required, any prior experience in a technical consulting or sales support role would be beneficial. In this role, you will work in conjunction with the sales team to assist with sales strategy within target accounts. You will leverage your technical knowledge to provide insights and support during the sales process, helping to build customer relationships and demonstrate the capabilities of Appian’s platform. You will be involved in preparing and delivering presentations that showcase the value of the solutions offered by Appian, ensuring that potential customers understand how these solutions can meet their needs.
You will also participate in internal meetings to align with colleagues on sales strategies and customer engagement approaches. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest developments in Appian’s technology and industry trends, allowing you to provide informed recommendations to the sales team and customers. You will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the presales process, identifying areas for enhancement and sharing best practices with your team.
