Databricks is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the energy sector. You'll leverage your experience in selling to enterprise customers and develop strategic partnerships to implement data and AI transformation goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the data, analytics, and AI landscape.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the energy sector, and understand the complexities of managing large accounts. Your experience in developing new business opportunities is complemented by your ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners. You possess a deep understanding of data, analytics, and AI, which informs your strategic approach to sales and customer engagement. You are execution-oriented and thrive in high-growth environments, always looking for ways to maximize market opportunities. Your communication skills allow you to articulate value propositions effectively to executives and stakeholders.
Experience with data intelligence platforms or similar technologies would be beneficial. A background in strategic partnerships and professional services is also a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in data and AI transformation.
In this role, you will co-develop a business plan with your team and ecosystem partners to accelerate customer success and exceed quarterly and annual usage and booking goals. You will lead initiatives to identify impactful data and AI use cases for your customers, demonstrating their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Your responsibilities will include implementing customer transformation goals through strategic partnerships, professional services, and targeted executive engagement. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes for your clients.
