What you'll do

As a Solution Consultant at Benchling, you will be the primary solution lead for customers and prospects, working to develop optimal solutions that meet their needs. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, professional services, and product leaders, to ensure that the solutions presented are tailored to the specific requirements of each client. Your role will involve engaging with senior scientific and IT leaders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Benchling’s R&D Cloud can accelerate their product development processes. You will be responsible for creating and presenting solution proposals that effectively address customer pain points and drive adoption of Benchling’s technology. You will also play a critical role in the pre-sales process, working to establish strong relationships with potential clients and guiding them through the decision-making process. Your expertise in biotechnology and software solutions will be essential in helping customers realize the full potential of their investments in Benchling’s platform.
