You have a strong background in finance, particularly in accounts receivable management, and possess excellent analytical skills to assess credit risk and track payment trends. You are detail-oriented and capable of resolving billing discrepancies effectively while maintaining positive relationships with customers. Your communication skills enable you to contact customers via various channels to secure payments and follow up on overdue accounts. You understand the importance of compliance and company policies in financial operations and are committed to upholding these standards in your work.
In this role, you will monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving payment delays and billing disputes, working closely with customers to maintain positive relationships. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing credit risk and supporting cash flow optimization.
