Sanctuary AI is hiring a Project Coordinator Co-op to support their robotics projects. You'll work with tools like Jira and Confluence to keep projects organized and on track. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates in engineering or project management.
You are a highly organized individual, ideally a student or recent graduate in engineering, business, project management, operations, or a related field. You have a keen interest in project coordination and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge AI and robotics environment. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams and manage multiple tasks will be essential in this role. You are familiar with project management tools and are ready to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with project management methodologies or coursework in project management is a plus. Familiarity with robotics or AI concepts will help you understand the context of the projects you'll be supporting. A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative will set you apart as a candidate.
In this role, you will support the Staff Technical Project Manager in coordinating various robotics projects. You will track project plans and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Your responsibilities will include improving project management tooling and coordinating travel arrangements for team members. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, HR, and procurement teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Your role will also involve engaging with external partners and contractors, ensuring that all project components are well-structured and communicated effectively.
