Nubank is hiring a Media BI Specialist to analyze and measure the impact of paid media investments. You'll work with SQL, Google Analytics, and Power BI to provide insights that guide investment decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in performance measurement.

Who you are

You have a strong analytical background with experience in measuring and analyzing media performance — your expertise allows you to connect paid media data with product usage and financial outcomes. You are proficient in SQL and have a solid understanding of Google Analytics, enabling you to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. You take ownership of data and dashboards, ensuring that your analyses are clear and impactful for leadership decision-making. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth initiatives. Your ability to communicate complex analyses in a straightforward manner makes you an effective partner in guiding investment decisions. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for data-driven decision-making, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus, as it enhances your ability to present data effectively. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and methodologies will further strengthen your contributions to the Media team. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and techniques that can enhance your analytical capabilities.

What you'll do

As a Media BI Specialist at Nubank, you will be responsible for full-funnel performance analysis and paid media measurement. You will analyze awareness, consideration, and performance campaigns across various channels, providing insights that inform strategic decisions. Your role will involve defining official metrics and guiding investment decisions based on your analyses. You will collaborate with the Media team to ensure that all performance data is accurately captured and reported. Your insights will help shape the direction of paid media strategies, ensuring that Nubank's investments yield the highest possible returns. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining dashboards that visualize key performance indicators, making it easier for stakeholders to understand the impact of media investments. Your work will directly contribute to Nubank's mission of redefining financial services in Latin America, as you help the company make informed decisions based on data.
