AvePoint is seeking a Partner Success Manager to leverage technical expertise and customer-facing skills in a pre-sales role. You'll collaborate with partner account managers and deliver technical presentations of AvePoint solutions. This position requires strong communication and technical skills.

You have a strong background in customer-facing roles, ideally with experience in technical sales or pre-sales environments. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with account managers and partners to drive success. You are eager to learn and grow, taking advantage of continuous training and mentorship opportunities. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with partners and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You are adaptable and can navigate the dynamic tech industry with ease, leveraging your technical expertise to support sales efforts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the key technical lead for AvePoint's Elements/Channel business, collaborating with partner account managers throughout the sales lifecycle. You will be responsible for delivering technical presentations and demonstrations of AvePoint's products, showcasing their value to prospective and returning partners. Your consultative approach will help close new deals and ensure customer satisfaction. You will engage with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with AvePoint's offerings. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of AvePoint's solutions and stay updated on industry trends. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the partner program and the overall growth of the company.
