You have a strong background in healthcare and health information systems, with experience in strategic planning and implementation. You excel at building relationships with executive leadership and clinical stakeholders, advocating for customer needs while ensuring the successful integration of solutions. Your ability to conduct workshops and translate requirements into actionable plans is key to your success in this role. You are skilled in documenting customer requirements and guiding teams through the development process, ensuring that clinical workflows are optimized and aligned with business objectives. You bring valuable insights from your experience in the field, helping to navigate challenges and drive improvements in healthcare delivery.

What you'll do

As a Clinical Advisor at InterSystems, you will lead stakeholder engagement during the design and requirements confirmation stages of health information systems. You will conduct focused workshops to gather and finalize requirements, ensuring that the solutions developed meet the needs of the customer. Your role will involve providing guidance and participating in requirements analysis, leveraging your expertise to advise both customers and internal teams.
