Cribl is seeking a Federal Compliance Manager to lead the execution of federal compliance for their government cloud offering. You'll work closely with various teams to achieve and sustain a FedRAMP Moderate Authorization to Operate (ATO). This role requires experience in compliance management within a SaaS environment.
You have a strong background in compliance management, particularly in federal regulations and standards. You thrive in complex environments and enjoy working cross-functionally with teams such as Security, Engineering, and Legal. Your ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, auditable controls is a key strength, enabling teams to operate efficiently while maintaining compliance. You are motivated by the challenge of shaping compliance processes in a high-growth SaaS company and are passionate about putting customers first. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with external assessors and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution of federal compliance for Cribl's government cloud offering. You will be responsible for achieving and sustaining a FedRAMP Moderate Authorization to Operate (ATO), ensuring that all compliance requirements are met. You will work closely with engineering and security teams to build and implement compliance controls that are both effective and efficient. Your role will involve regular interaction with auditors and external assessors, providing them with the necessary documentation and evidence of compliance. You will also be tasked with monitoring compliance activities and reporting on the status of compliance initiatives to senior management. As a key player in the organization, you will help foster a culture of compliance and risk management across the company.
