Desirable

Experience in eLearning or instructional design is a plus, as is familiarity with GxP regulations and compliance in the life sciences industry. You may have a background in project management or consulting, which would enhance your ability to lead initiatives and drive results. A strong network within the life sciences sector can also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Learning Strategy Consultant at Veeva, you will play a crucial role in transforming life sciences training. You will support the sales and implementation processes for Veeva’s accredited GxP eLearning library, ensuring that customers receive tailored solutions that meet their specific training needs. You will engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, helping them navigate the complexities of online learning and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include leading customer success management for key LearnGxP accounts, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the training solutions provided. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance training content, leveraging your expertise to create impactful learning experiences. You will also be involved in strategic consulting, advising clients on best practices in training and compliance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to innovate and contribute to the development of new training strategies that align with industry standards and customer expectations. You will work closely with sales and implementation teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients, from initial engagement through to successful training delivery.
