Desirable

Experience in digital transformation initiatives within Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, or R&D will be advantageous. Familiarity with the Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Chemicals industries is a plus, as is a background in sales or customer success management. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on market needs and customer feedback, ensuring your team remains agile and responsive.

What you'll do

As the Director of Veeva QualityOne in Korea, you will lead the charge in launching Veeva's innovative solutions tailored for the Food & Beverage, FMCG, and Chemicals industries. Your role will encompass the full sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, ensuring that customer success is at the forefront of your efforts. You will build and manage a local team that includes Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Solution Consultants, fostering a collaborative environment where each member can thrive. You will work closely with regional product experts and industry specialists to equip your team with the knowledge and tools necessary for success. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving digital transformation for customers, helping them navigate the complexities of quality management and operational efficiency.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with Veeva's mission and values, ensuring that your team not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. Regularly assessing market trends and customer feedback will be crucial in refining your approach and adapting to the evolving landscape.
