Opendoor is hiring an Account Executive - Home Sales Advisor to guide homeowners through the selling process. You'll be responsible for building trust and delivering clarity in complex transactions. This role requires a consultative approach and a self-driven sales mindset.

In the Home Sales Advisor role at Opendoor, you will be the empathetic and knowledgeable guide homeowners need as they explore their selling options. In this role, you will work from our Miami area office Monday through Friday, and you must be based within a 50-mile commuting distance of the specified office location. You will help customers compare the simplicity and reliability of Opendoor’s cash offer with the risks and complexities of traditional home selling. You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring that each homeowner receives the guidance they need throughout the selling process. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique circumstances. Your role will involve building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way. You will also collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to a positive office culture. Success in this position will require you to be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
