Junior Supply Chain Planner (all genders)

Who you are

You have a Master's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management. You are a quick learner who is adaptable and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to organize and pay attention to detail. You are proactive and can react quickly to unexpected challenges, ensuring that operations run smoothly. Your strong proficiency in Excel allows you to analyze data effectively, and you are fluent in both French and English, enabling you to communicate with a diverse range of suppliers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Junior Supply Chain Planner at HelloFresh, you will independently manage the ordering process for our European supplier portfolio, ensuring that all ingredients are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will act as the main point of contact with suppliers and production for all operational matters, building and developing long-term relationships with suppliers to enhance performance. Your role will involve implementing processes to optimize our supply chain, focusing on reducing food waste and improving key performance indicators such as OTIFIQ (On Time, In Full, In Quality) and error rates. You will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Operations team to ensure that our HelloFresh boxes are filled with the freshest ingredients.
