Affirm is seeking an Analyst I for their Growth Analytics team to drive data-driven decision-making and improve user engagement. You'll work with SQL, Tableau, and Google Analytics to create insights and reports. This role requires 1-3 years of analytical experience.
You have 1-3 years of experience in an analytically-driven role, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are eager to collaborate with different teams and have a curiosity to learn more every day. You possess the patience to work through difficult problems and are passionate about redefining the lending and financial industry for the better.
You are comfortable owning the end-to-end analytics workflow, which includes defining success metrics, generating insights and hypotheses, and creating intuitive dashboards and reports. You have experience in developing scalable analytics solutions and data models, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can actively drive a more data-driven culture.
Experience with tools like Tableau and Google Analytics is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing methodologies. You are proactive in exploring data and finding opportunities to improve user engagement, growth, and profitability. You are adept at addressing ambiguous problems and formulating hypotheses into actionable and well-designed experiments.
In this role, you will own the analytics workflow from start to finish, ensuring that success metrics are clearly defined and communicated across the organization. You will lead cross-functional weekly metric reviews, collaborating with partners to perform deep dives into key metric movements and inform actionable strategies.
You will actively contribute to building a standardized understanding of the health of the business among cross-functional partners, driving a culture of data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve exploring data proactively to identify opportunities for improving user engagement and profitability.
You will be responsible for creating intuitive dashboards and reports that provide insights into performance metrics, socializing these insights across the organization to inform strategic decisions. You will also develop scalable analytics solutions and data models that support the growth of Affirm's consumer-facing and merchant products.
