Flex is seeking a Director of Sales Planning & Incentive Compensation to lead the go-to-market strategy and operational support for their front-line teams. This role requires a data-centric leader focused on driving revenue growth in the FinTech sector.
You have a proven track record in sales operations and strategy, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to drive decision-making and operational efficiency. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and product development. Your experience in the FinTech industry is a plus, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse stakeholders and inspiring your team to achieve ambitious goals. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining a focus on results.
Experience with incentive compensation design and implementation is highly desirable. Familiarity with revenue forecasting and performance metrics will set you apart. You have a knack for identifying process improvements and implementing best practices that enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of GTM Operations & Strategy, taking charge of the go-to-market strategy for Flex's core business. You will operationalize revenue initiatives, providing the front-line teams with the insights and processes necessary to double the growth of the business year over year. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing sales compensation plans that motivate and reward performance. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and drive customer engagement. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling operations as the company continues to grow rapidly.
